Hello, I'm State Representative Mike Hanna and I'm asking you for your vote on election day, Nov 2nd. I know our tough economic times have made it difficult to make ends meet. That's why I have made economic development and education my top legislative priorities.  I've helped create jobs in both Centre and Clinton Counties with efforts at the Benner Township Business Park,  First Quality Enterprises, Marcellus  Shale Development and The Clinton County Economic Partnership.
 
My efforts have helped the Penn State School of Ag Sciences and helped Lock Haven University become not just outstanding institutions of Higher Education, but also strong contributors to the economic vitality of our region. I've recognized that infrastructure is the most important asset to attracting new jobs to our area and I have worked with water and sewer companies, like Suburban Water Authority, the East Nittany Valley Joint Sewer Authority, Renovo,  and Lock Haven Water Companies to help them obtain the State Funds they need to improve and expand their systems.
 
I voted for the property tax relief that all residential homeowners received on this years school taxes and I'm working to further reduce your school property taxes through a shift to other sources of revenue. As the Chairman of the House Agriculture Committee, I'm working  to preserve farm land and provide our farmers with incentives to protect and preserve our environment, while they continue their outstanding work of feeding the world.

I suppport efforts to call a Constitutional Convention in Pennsylvania so voters can decide if term limits or a part time legislature is a better way of governing PA. Please vote for Mike Hanna on November 2nd.
